You can request for a password reset via our password reset form.
Do take note of a few things:
We will send you the new password via the Parents' Gateway app.
Upon logging in with the new password, you will see a message that your password has expired. You will just need to login with the user id, the issued password, and key in the new password. You may also refer to our login guide for student icon.
If you are still facing an issue logging in after the password reset, please contact your child/ward's form teacher for more assistance.

If you need to communicate with your child’s/ward’s teacher, you may
Call the General Office at 64548769 and leave a message; or
Write a note to the teacher in your child’s/ward’s student handbook and get him/her to show it to the teacher.

Changes in contact details
In an emergency, the school will contact parents/guardians.
Therefore, it is important that you give the school your updated contact numbers.
Please do update Parents' Gateway with the new contact details via the form: https://pg.moe.edu.sg/forms/sdf immediately whenever there is a change in your contact number(s) and/or home address.
Permission to leave early
If your child/ward falls sick in school, the school will contact you to take him/her home from the General Office.
If your child/ward has to leave the school before dismissal time, the parent/ guardian needs to sign out at the General Office before the child/ ward may be taken out.

Guidelines on videography and photography
Photograph(s) or video image(s) of your child/ward and you may be captured during school activities and events. The school may use and publish such photographs and/or videos in school publications, website, social media channels, and other communication channels. Please inform the school in writing should you wish to opt out.
Parents should refrain from taking photographs or videos during school activities in order to protect the privacy of staff and students. These should not be uploaded in social media. Your cooperation in this is much appreciated.
